Thank you all for your questions and feedback. The number one question was…

“What’s the foundation of a powerful message or presentation?”
Here’s the truth: it’s not slides, it’s not delivery, it’s not even storytelling. It’s
INTENTION.
Intent is your purpose — your aim. And if you don’t know your aim, your message won’t
land.
Think about a dartboard. There are plenty of ways to score, but you only win when you
actually hit what you’re aiming at. Random throws don’t cut it.
In communication, it’s the same:
YOU are the dart.
Your audience is the target.
The question is — what’s your bullseye?
Before you speak, get crystal clear:
What do you want them to think?
What do you want them to feel?
What do you want them to do?
Your goal could be to motivate, inspire, inform, or persuade — but it must be intentional.
Because without intention, you’re not leading a conversation, you’re just filling air.
So the next time you’re in a meeting, giving a presentation, or speaking to a room full of
decision-makers, know your target. Aim deliberately. And hit it with precision. To see
specifics on how to do it, check out the video: https://youtu.be/zIcm4wUTkaw
