I find it's hard to eat before an important presentation or difficult conversation. How about you? Have you ever felt butterflies before a big presentation? I have! Have you thought “I want/need to eat but I have no appetite.”

Your goal could be to motivate, inspire, inform, or persuade — but it must be intentional. Because without intention, you’re not leading a conversation, you’re just filling air. So the next time you’re in a meeting, giving a presentation, or speaking to a room full of decision-makers, know your target.
