For more than twenty years, Pamela has partnered with executives, senior leaders, government organizations, corporations, professional associations, municipalities, and non-profit organizations to strengthen leadership communication in high-stakes environments.

A Unique Approach to Executive Leadership

 

Pamela’s approach combines academic research, psychology, executive coaching, storytelling, and performance to create communication programs that are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable in today’s workplace.

She earned a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Non-Verbal Behavior from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, providing a strong foundation in leadership, organizational communication, human behaviour, and executive influence.

She also completed professional training through Oxford University’s British American Drama Academy and studied with members of the Royal Shakespeare Company, developing expertise in presence, storytelling, audience engagement, and authentic communication.

Before founding Release Your Voice, Pamela spent more than two decades working professionally on stage and screen throughout North America. Her acting credits include Darren Aronofsky’s Pi and appearances on Law & Order, Third Watch, All My Children, and One Life to Live. 

 

Today, Pamela applies that expertise not to help leaders perform—but to help them communicate with credibility, confidence, and impact.
